MK Huaxin Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. was founded in July, 2015 with a registration capital of USA$30,000,000, and MK Huaxin is the holding subsidiary of Masterwork Group Co., Ltd. Financial leasing is our main business among the business scope of financial leasing, purchase of leased property, factoring, and leasing transaction consulting, etc. Our business focus is on high-end post-printing equipment and imported high-end printing equipment. Hence, Masterwork, Heidelberg, Man Roland, KBA, and Komori have been the major brands of the leased equipment of our company. Our total asset has reached CNY￥1,000,000,000 since 2015, and we have accumulatively made deals with more than 200 clients, covering numerous quality clients in China mainland. Cooperating with more than 50 equipment suppliers, we have already been influential in both printing/packaging industry and financial leasing industry. 

Relationship between Masterwork and Heidelberg

Masterwork Group Co., Ltd. is now the single major shareholder of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, which is the leader of world’s premier printing equipment supplier and a reliable partner. Based on this, as the subsidiary of Masterwork Group Co., Ltd., MK Huaxin has signed a Business Cooperation Agreement with Heidelberg Printing Equipment (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Thus, Heidelberg and we are going to launch comprehensive cooperation in both financing and leasing field of printing equipment. 

Loans we get

In the past four years, we have got multiple types of loan, such as foreign currency loans, working capital loans, and bank’s acceptance bills from several banks, including Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, China Zheshang Bank, Bank of Beijing, Hang Seng Bank, etc. Since our business is gradually expanding, we are currently seeking diversified sources of funding.
