-Changrong Huaxin Held 2023 Summary Meeting

On January 22, 2024, EVA Huaxin held the 2023 work summary meeting at Wyndham Hotel in Tianjin. The meeting focused on the "Changrong Huaxin Three-Year (2023-2025) Strategic Plan", which was interpreted in detail and fully understood. It reviewed all the work in 2023, deployed new measures in 2024, and commended advanced individuals.

Chief Financial Officer Han Lu first made an overall review and in-depth analysis of the company's 23-year financial situation.

Subsequently, Chairman Suiqun made a speech and interpretation of the "Three-Year (2023-2025) Strategic Plan of Evergreen Huaxin" issued by the company, clarifying the core principles of the company's goals, mission, vision and concepts, emphasizing the company's strategic policies and measures, and putting forward specific requirements for future work in various lines.

On the afternoon of the 22nd, the heads of various departments and directors of the company summarized and analyzed the completion of the work in 2023 one by one, and made ideas and plans for the next step.

In this annual meeting, two new links will be added--

1. In the evaluation link, in order to encourage the advanced and carry forward the typical, the company selected three awards of outstanding employees, special contributions and best progress of the year, and publicized and awarded the selection results at the meeting;

2. In the open speech session, all employees put forward their own suggestions and ideas around the three-year strategic plan and their own work. Everyone expressed their opinions, made suggestions and suggestions, and made brilliant speeches on the spot. In the end, the Golden Sentence Award and the Best Speech Award for open speeches were selected through voting.
